The best Public Spending newsletters

Project Salt Box is an investigative newsletter tracing the contracts, spending and property deals behind US immigration detention, using public records and documents. Recent issues cover a sole-source legal contractor for CBP litigation, a no-bid extension of the Camp East Montana detention contract, and a possible new ICE office in Round Rock, Texas.
