The best Task Management newsletters

A product blog from the team behind Todo2d, a task app built around goals and dependencies, covering release updates, removed features, and design thinking about new capabilities like personal goals and a now-page. Readers get transparent development notes and reasoning behind product decisions rather than generic productivity advice.

Finalist is a daily planner app for Apple devices that shows one day at a time, modeled on a paper day planner. The newsletter-style docs cover the app's method, setup, permissions, and everyday features like tasks, habits, calendars and reminders.

Todo2d is a newsletter tied to a task manager product, and the only issue in the sample is a short notice about migrating to a new site. It offers no substantive content yet beyond a pointer to the old blog.
