First-person lab notes from an engineer building a Markdown-based, git-versioned memory system for AI agents, covering installer design, hardening with weak models, and sync failures. Readers get candid, reproducible engineering lessons on making agent setups portable and robust.

Sébastien Dubois shares release notes for his Obsidian plugins, original models for personal knowledge management, and commentary on tools affecting Markdown-based note-taking. Readers get practical details on features, workflows and the reasoning behind them.

Andrea Casarin writes practical, first-person posts on building software tools and running personal infrastructure, such as his Obsidian plugin Trama, self-hosting Umami analytics, and explaining Content Security Policy. Readers get concrete reasoning about trade-offs, setup choices and security mechanics drawn from his own projects.

George Gusewski writes about designing personal knowledge systems and how AI tools can be guided so they surface unexpected connections rather than echoing the user's existing perspective.
