Founder Tsung Xu writes about building Vight, a company making two-seat eVTOL aircraft for door-to-door flight from rural properties, and about his 3D-printed VTOL drone project. Readers get the company's vision, its reasoning about why flight should start in open rural areas rather than cities, and some build details from the drone work.

Evtolpia covers electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft and the wider low-altitude economy, with news items on eVTOL incidents, certifications and tests. The excerpts mostly rewrite reports from other outlets on developments such as Xpeng AeroHT's flying car and crash news.
