This newsletter appears to be a new personal blog on the Ghost platform, with a placeholder hello post and the default Ghost welcome and Markdown tutorial text still in place. It offers little beyond a stated intent to publish photos, videos, stories and ideas.

Artefields is a French-language newsletter of critical essays on visual arts, pairing close visual readings of individual works and exhibitions with questions about power, class and representation. Each issue focuses on a single artist or show, such as Akari Takenobu, Michaël Borremans or Mary Cassatt.
A photography teacher writes personal, literary essays on photography, including a two-part response to Karl Ove Knausgaard's novel The School of Night and notes on his forthcoming lexicon of photography terms. Readers get reflective writing that links photography education, books and the history of words.
Each issue pairs a historic postcard with a present-day recreation photo to explore a building, monument or artwork and the history behind it. It covers modernist architecture, public monuments and urban history with detailed context on architects, patrons and artists.
Histrospect is a reader-supported history newsletter with close readings of historical photographs and archival records, such as the Brandt Warsaw kneeling image and the Che Guevara execution and body-disposal story. Each issue examines how images and documents were made, framed and used as evidence.
